The founder started the syndicate after spending years as a personal secretary, consistently passed over for promotions despite running her boss's daily life. When a massive financial scandal hit the company, she was scapegoated and fired to protect the higher ups. Realizing the legal system only protects the highest bidder, she went rogue and used the sensitive corporate data she had collected over the years to build a high-tech network to drain the elite dry.

ALIBI now ruthlessly rules the streets, moving in a blacked out cavalry of high-performance sports bikes and tuned JDM cars. She didn't find Alibi; Alibi found her after she snuck into a facility to steal food for the younger homeless kids. By that point, minjeong had been invisible for a decade. But even her skills couldn't keep her out of some people's line of sight. She joined to protect the kids she called her family and to keep herself from being erased in the streets. She figured maybe this would be less cruel than wondering when she and her siblings were going to eat again or where they'd be sleeping at night.

They oversee a clinical infrastructure of tactical neutralization and forensic cleanup, ensuring that any threat or liability to the syndicate is erased from existence without leaving a single trace or digital footprint behind.

Born in Bangkok, Thailand, Nicha was an only child and absolutely adored by her parents. While they didn't quite spoil her, she grew up with nothing but love and was encouraged to follow her dreams. When she was seven years old, her family moved out of Thailand for her father's job, and Nicha was upset to leave behind her friends.

When Nicha was eighteen years old and graduated from high school, she decided to move to South Korea to try and audition for an entertainment company, enjoying singing but very unsure about what she wanted to do. While leaving the audition after a rejection, she was followed back to her hostel and taken off of the streets, brutally assaulted and left for dead in the middle of the road. Fortunately, she was found by a few random bystanders, and they managed to get her to a hospital just in the nick of time—she would live, but would be scarred for life.

After the attack, Nicha decided that she needed to take self defense classes, and kept her eye out on anybody who resembled the man who had taken her off the street. She became a tattoo artist and worked closely with a variety of people including gang and mafia members, but she insisted that she was going to stay neutral in the game.

Until Alibi came along, and Nicha was recruited to join. They knew the truth about what had happened to her attacker—she had killed him the moment he had taken the restrains off of her, and she made it look like she was on her deathbed so the crime looked like self defense. Worried that all of her secrets were known, Nicha agreed to join on the condition that nobody outside of the board know her true position within the group, and everybody willingly agreed. She had already proven her worth as being dangerous. To keep anybody from looking into her past for fear they might find out anything she didn't want public, she changed her name to Minnie, hoping to keep a cute feminine appearance so nobody would think twice.
